The CCCG Peniel Building Project

“Peniel” is the land the Lord has called CCCG to occupy. Its land area is 153 acres/116 American Football Fields/90 city blocks! We thank the Lord for this instruction and if you read below you’ll see our latest updates and presentation on what we have been sent to do as a result of the land expansion. Praise Jesus!

The Land Management Team (LMT) is a micro team within the Special Projects Department at Cornerstone Christian Church of God (CCCG), tasked with providing tactical oversight of Peniel.

QUALIFICATIONS
Members of the LMT must exhibit:

•  A deep understanding of and/or experience in land use, environmental regulations, and stewardship.

•  Proven skills in planning, research, and project management.

•  The ability to work harmoniously within a team that values engagement, communication, and collaboration.

•  The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

•  A commitment to aligning with CCCG’s vision and demonstrating leadership competencies.
  

FUNCTION

The core responsibilities of members in the LMT include:

•  Overseeing the protection and integrity of Peniel’s premises.

•  Managing land-related activity in sync with CCCG’s strategic growth plan.

•  Maintaining the land in optimal condition for development.
